These terms govern your enrollment in and use of 1:1 online fitness and nutrition coaching provided by Alex Maywood and operated by APEX EDGE FIT LLC. By enrolling or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Alex Maywood provides online fitness and nutrition coaching, delivered through weekly check-ins, monthly review questionnaires, direct messaging, and an app used for training and nutrition tracking. This service is educational and motivational in nature. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed physician or other healthcare provider. You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions. Results from coaching vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Coaching services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Coaching is purchased directly through this website via Stripe. There is no application or approval process — enrollment begins immediately upon payment. Within 24 hours of enrolling, you will receive a welcome video to begin your Audit.
Coaching is a fixed 16-week program. Pricing and payment options (pay in full, installments billed every 4 weeks, or financing through Affirm) are as described on the site at the time of enrollment. Card and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on this site.
Clients who complete the full 16-week program and are not satisfied with their results may request a full refund, provided that during the 16 weeks the client has:
If these conditions are met and you are not satisfied with your results, contact Alex at info@alexmaywood.com within 14 days of completing the program to request your refund. This guarantee can only be claimed after the full 16 weeks are complete, not before or during the program.
If you no longer wish to continue before the 16 weeks are complete, contact Alex at info@alexmaywood.com. A refund may be issued at Alex's discretion. This is separate from the 16-Week Guarantee above, which applies only when the program has been completed and the conditions listed there have been met.

All training programs, nutrition guidance, templates, and other materials provided as part of coaching are the intellectual property of APEX EDGE FIT LLC. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, resold, distributed, or shared with anyone outside of your own coaching experience.
Exercise and changes in nutrition carry inherent risk, including the risk of injury. By participating in coaching, you accept these risks. To the extent permitted by law, APEX EDGE FIT LLC and Alex Maywood are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the coaching program. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
