This policy explains what information is collected when you interact with Alex Maywood's coaching services, how that information is used, and the choices you have. Alex Maywood's 1:1 online fitness and nutrition coaching is operated by APEX EDGE FIT LLC. By enrolling in coaching or using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

Information Collected

The following types of information may be collected:

Enrollment information: When you enroll in coaching, payment is processed through Stripe. Within 24 hours of enrolling, you'll receive a welcome video to begin your Audit. Enrollment requires your name, email address, and phone number.
Contact details: Name, email address, and phone number used to communicate with you about coaching, check-ins, and billing.
Health and fitness information: As part of coaching, you may share details such as training history, injuries, body measurements, nutrition habits, and other health related information. This is provided voluntarily to support your coaching program.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and other sensitive payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure systems and never touch this site or APEX EDGE FIT LLC's own systems.
App usage data: If coaching includes use of a training and nutrition tracking app, that app may collect workout logs, nutrition entries, and habit tracking data as part of delivering the service.

How Information Is Used

Information collected is used to:

Deliver and personalize coaching services based on your intake information.
Communicate with you about your account, check-ins, monthly reviews, billing, and coaching progress.
Improve the coaching program and overall service quality.

What Is Not Done With Your Information

Your information is not sold. It is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information is only shared with service processors necessary to run the business, such as Stripe for payment processing and the app used to deliver your coaching program. These processors have their own privacy practices governing how they handle data.

Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as you are an active client, so that coaching can be delivered effectively and records kept for billing and communication purposes. If you would like your information deleted, you can request this at any time and it will be removed except where retention is required for legitimate business or legal reasons, such as financial recordkeeping.

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses minimal cookies and does not currently run third party analytics or advertising trackers. If analytics tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated to disclose them before they are put into use.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Ask what information is held about you.
Request that inaccurate information be corrected.
Request that your information be deleted.

Children

This site and its coaching services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, please contact info@alexmaywood.com so it can be removed.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in practices or services. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the coaching services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
